Four years of experience as a teaching assistant: managing learning platforms and learning media. Particularly enjoying to observe and manage discussions process and results. Curious learner in project management, esp. facilitation project and digital education.
One year in project management, I learned and practiced about how to manage, design, plan, prepare, implement, observe, monitor and evaluate, and report. I got this experience while carrying out my duties as a Project Management Lead and also as a Co-Facilitator. I also developed a Project Management Guide based on my own experience.
I have a high interest in sustainability, especially how leadership, competence, and innovation are the main variables in improving organizational performance and sustainability, not only for large companies but also for SMEs. It is also the main research in my final project at the master's level.
Last but not least, my current mission is to take part in advancing education from the lowest to the highest level according to my ability and competence. Starting from volunteer, being a mentor, tutor, and providing education/training, esp. in the fields of soft skills, project management, basic facilitation, and business operation. Education is currently the focus of my career development and will continue to be improved from time to time.

Gambaran dari project ini adalah ILO (sebagai client) ingin Team Retreat and Planning lebih efektif dan memiliki sense of ownership pada Skills for Prosperity (S4P) Project sebagai tim, bukan individu.
Gambaran dari project ini adalah ILO ingin Staf di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan memvalidasi modul pelatihan yang masih mengacu pada konteks Internasional disesuaikan dengan konteks kebutuhan di Indonesia, sekaligus memberi masukan atas modul tersebut.
Fasilitasi membantu staf di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan memvalidasi modul pelatihan. Validasi tersebut dilakukan oleh staf dari berbagai divisi. Proses fasilitasi dilakukan dengan mereview setiap bab/ unit dari modul berdasarkan lima kategori:
