Experience help the company implement, design KPI/OKR & Corporate Map with Balance Scorecard. After get acquainted with Facilitatiion, now Facilitation is the way of my daily activities. More than 5 years using facilitation as a method in the learning process, coaching and consulting work. Now I am a Facilitator as well as a coach who supports each other in the process.
Traditionally, the focus of training is on Learning. In contrast, the focus of facilitation is on Thinking. Therefore. as a learning facilitator, my primary job is to help the group achieve its goals by guiding them through an efficient and productive process.
