Five years of experience as a teaching roles: managing learning platforms, moduls, and media. Particularly enjoying to observe and manage discussions process and results. Curious learner in project management, esp. facilitation project, business project and research, and digital education/ learning. Five years in project management area, I learned and practiced about how to implement Project Management Cycle (manage, design, plan, prepare, implement, observe, monitor and evaluate, until report). I got this experience while carrying out my duties as a: (1) Project Management Lead and Co-Facilitator in Sekolah Fasilitasi; (2) Project, People, and Business Support in Skilvul; (3) Project Coordinator and Junior Project Manager in Skilvul; and (4) Educational Staff at SV UGM. I also developed a Project Management Guide based on my own experience. Four years in business and partner development, I have more experience in build and keep relationship, collaborate with other industry, develop new business opportunities, feasibility study, negotiation and agreement, contracts making, and conduct research on market development trends. Besides work, I challenge my self to take part in advancing education from the lowest to the highest level according to my ability and competence. Starting from volunteer, being a mentor, tutor, and providing education/training, esp. in the fields of google workspace, soft skills, project management, basic facilitation, business development, entrepreneurship, human resource, and partner/people management. I am very open to new opportunities, especially in the business and people development area.
